Dry face hellppp meeee pleaseeee?

ok i used this acne treatment and it worked but it dried my face out badd its pelling i tried putting foundation on it just made it worse but i put lostion on it and its gettin better but does lotio n make ur face break out its just unscented baby lotion but i need other tips or ideas to get rid of my dry skin and keep my acne away toooo fastt if possible please
