Whats the better place of Philadelphia to live?

I'm from Puerto Rico I'm 15 years old so I'm going to Philadelphia with daddy and i wanna know what is the better place of phily to live or a good school you know i don't like fights and stuff like that, I'm a quiet person. Please be honest. Thank you.
