Why does wal-mart knowingly sell dangerous merchandise?

You sound like Walmart made the food processors. If a product pass inspection and Walmart sells this product, but then that product gets recalled, how is that Walmart's fault. The bottom line is it is always the manufacturer who is at fault if something is recalled, not the seller.
