Would this be considered enough evidence? ?

My ex boyfriend who is also my sons father, of almost 7 months, we were trying to work things out. But they were still the same as before so I knew it wasn't going go work.we fought everyday and the whole time we weren't together his family made threats to me. We got back together for five days, after five days I decided it wasn't going to work. We fought the whole day the same day as the break up. After I broke uP with him he grabbed one of my moms kitchen knives and tried cutting his self. He then tries to kiss me and I pushed him away then he raped me.he did not ejaculate in me so there wont be any proof of that. I went to a rape crisis center they found a laceration down there. He left two bruises on me one on my right hip in the shape of a thumb print, and one on my left leg. I've also been getting threatening calls and voicemails from his family talking bout the rape, and talking bout taking my son from me. He stole my moms kitchen knife as well and left his house keys here on purpose. He was put in the psych Wardthe samE day of the incident. And he is in jail right now. BTW I'm from Ohio.
