How can I see my kid?

I was living with my baby daddy...And one day out of the blue he called the cops on me saying I was try to kidnap my son.."hello I was living with him" But the cops came and they said I had to leave BC they kicked me out...I said what about my son..they said when I get a stable house hold I can com get my son...WHAT CAN I DO BC NOW I CANT GET MY SON BC MY BABY DADDY HAS IF I GO OVER THERE I CAN GET ARREST AND I HAVENT SEEN M SON IN 9MTHS (GOING ON 10) WHT CAN I DO????I have a stable house hold..getting married in a few mths and I want my son to be apart of it...I MISS HIM ALOT...
