Just gave birth-- will my 1st degree laceration effect vaginal tightness?

Well mine was only a 2nd degree tear and I only needed I think 3 stitches but I'm as tight as I ever was. Sometimes we even still have trouble getting it in when we have sex. I don't think you have anything to worry about.
