Trumpet lip soreness from braces help?

I made trumpet for junior state band and this weekend is our concert. What we do is go up on Friday and have a three-hour rehearsal, three three-hour rehearsals on Saturday (not very easy for a trumpet player with braces), and another two-hour rehearsal plus the concert on Sunday. In past years this hasn't been too bad but this is the first year I have had braces (also I am first trumpet). In addition, two days ago I had a killer rehearsal, and today I had a trumpet master class and a lesson. My lips are DEAD. They feel like they have lacerations and it is painful to play even in the mid-register. I go up tomorrow and if my chops are dead now I don't want to know what they will feel like after 14 hours of rehearsal before the concert. PLEASE is there anything I can do to help my lips? Any answers are greatly appreciated.
